Affirmative
Nothing and I mean NOTHING beats the first hour in the morning to do those tiny things that we neglect; like exercising, having breakfast, breathing some fresh air, seeing a friendly face of your family members before officially launching the painful long tiresome boring day!!

I hate being up early in the morning! To go to work at least. Believe it or not, I've set up 7 alarms just to be sure that am up by 7 am, though I would love to wake up earlier to have breakfast.

I believe it's just a matter of getting used to waking up a bit earlier ..early is a relative term, one needs to give himself that extra half hour in the morning for bumming around, given that ,it doesn't matter wether you start your day at five in the morning or ten.

I am a morning person myself, but I would much rather enjoy that first hour of the morning without the rush and hassle of having to be at work at 8 sharp... I would like to get some extra hour to enjoy a hearty big breakfast, or run for 30 minutes, or read something inspiring, or solve a sudoku... I don't want to wake up at 5:30 to do that, I want to wake up at 7:00 and still have all the time!! Am I making any sense?? Probably not, but I better get back to work, and enjoy my cup of herbs while wasting the first hour of company time reading newspapers and blogs ;)

Intersting post!

Actually I can't recall which university was it, but they have decided to start classes about half an hour later in the day, because of this problem!
Actually sleeping deprivation is becoming epidemic, especially among teenagers and college students.
7am?I think this is too early!(of course it depends on the job)
