Serial killers of the blogosphere
Through Pandemia, who is an Italian blogger I follow, I got introduced to a delightfully interesting little notion.
Pandemia says that in the USA every 60,000 people have one serial killer living amongst them. This he links to the possibility of having a serial killer in the Italian blogosphere and he even suggests bloggers try to spot that person through potential fishy blog entries or behaviour. (Read Pandemia’s entry here, if you know Italian)
This idea is fascinating to me personally because I am fascinated by the working of criminal minds, especially those of serial killers. So why don’t Jordanian bloggers start hunting for the Jordanian serial killer whose blog they could be reading and commenting on? Eyes wide open.

<p>The crime library is a good site, I actually printed out some of the stories over there. Thank you, Devil’s Mind, I am sure others will now be happy to explore it.</p>

I’m pretty sure the culprit is Tololy. After all, inaugurating such a hunt for someone else is exactly what a serial killer would do to throw the trail off of herself.

<p>May I divert your attention to an issue that strikes home even closer?</p>
<p>Sexual predators! </p>
<p>Their numbers are beyond count these days. And they strike against the young, weak and the innocent. Their effects might span the victim’s life span and even transfer to their partners and children. Now we should be on the look out for those</p>
<p></p>
<p>Since I’m not fluent in Italian. Any chance you could translate some for us?</p>

Interesting suggestion Qwaider. I did bring you the meat of Pandemia’s entry, I do not think a detailed word-for-word version is necessary. Serial killers are much more curious to me than sexual predators but they’re all dangerous. Who do you think the Jordanian blogger-serial-killer is?
July 2nd, 2006 at 10:27 pm
<p>No doubt it’s Roba… she’s just lurking there, waiting for her chance to strike :). She fits the profile<br />Just kidding</p>
<p>Who do you think is the Jordanian sexual predator?</p>

I cannot say, Qwaider.
