		<description>&#60;p&#62;Over here in the United States, we're actually starting to notice a Web 2.0 generation gap in the workforce. There are those who are roughly over 35 who are traditionally trained businesspeople, marketing people, PR people, etc. - basically very conservative and cautious about business networking and communications.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then there are those roughly younger than 35 who embrace social media, blogging, podcasting, MySpace-type networking, etc. who feel more comfortable just being real, being people to each other.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's changing the dynamic in how people start up companies, network, work and progress in their careers. It's refreshing! :)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Let me know if you're seeing this differently or if&#38;nbsp;you're&#38;nbsp;noticing&#38;nbsp;some of the same things. I'm curious if this is just us weird Americans experiencing it :) or if the rest of the world is seeing similar patterns.&#60;/p&#62;</description>
