		<description>hope you'll enjoy your stay in DC. it is indeed nice. thats if you stay in the two western quarters. the eastern ones are with one of the highest crime rates in the nation. where the poorer african americans live. thats why there is really bad traffic, since a lot of those who work in DC live in either maryland and virginia. if you get a chance, go to alexandria in virgina. it has very nice shops and walk ways by the potomec river. and, of course, georgetwon has a lot of shopping areas and restaurants. good luck.&#60;br /&#62;</description>
