Just to be clear, like I said in the post, I (Tololy, myself, me, etc) made a mistake initially and it complicated things. Installing Linux is simple, computer starts normally, so on and so forth.

As much as this is cool, this shows exactly the problem with Linux. You always need to "call someone" to help you do the most basic of things like.. "Start your computer"

Compaitable with everything?? How many drivers do you have to install when you install windows? I can say with confidence its more then 3, possibly 5 or 6?

I install one driver with ubuntu, and I don’t even need to do it. My computer operates out of the box with a stock Ubuntu install, graphics sound etc. That is compaitability.

After using Ubuntu for 3 year, each time I used a Windows machine seems like a struggle to get it to do what I want.

Now that’s the kind of post I can reply to, aside from posts with people attacking you :P

I use Linux AND Windows on my laptop, ask Jad to help you with that, to Dual boot, it’s fun. I use Linux most of the time, and if I have extra time, I research what I want to do, if there’s no time, I just switch to Windows

Mr. Anonymous, this doesn’t mean Windows is easier, actually, Linux is MUCH easier, we’re just all more *windows* oriented :)
