   Really quite terrifying that people hold these attitudes and support this murderer. Should he not have found out what exactly was going on before taking such an extreme action? And in anycase who is he to judge whether the crime merited life or death- only Allah can judge our actions.
   The commentators illustrate a very sad phenomenon in our society.

   الشرف شرف ولكن الجريمه ليست  فقط قرف وانما حدث مروع يجب ان يعاقب عليه،الله يعين النساء العرب علي ما يحصل لهم  من  مجتمع  لا يرحم وعادات وتقليد أكل عليها الزمن منذ القرون الحجريه،أنا نصح  كل النساء بلعمل علي تأسيس  حزب لدفاع عن حقوق المرأة

   Islam call fo death penality to a married person who commits adultery, however, Islam also made the burden of proof hardly feasible ( four wintnesses seeing the actual action) to render an indisputable verdict. Our prophit PBUH when a woman came to him to say she committed udultry asked her many times if she really did the act or merely kissed or hugged or touched , to give her a way out, even the prophet himself was loath to administer the capital punishment in the face of an admission and thought Allah will render his judgement even though he ordered her death when she insisted she did  the act of zena. What I mean to say is this punishment is almost a last resort- ( like divorce Islam allows for a wisdom it but don’t like it)- and better be left to Allah if one can not furnish iirefutable proof, allowing a man to kill his wife like the above story and get away with it is barbaric. The killer saw some body seemingly out of the house or at the door and started squeezing his wife neck??? I wonder if he will inherit her too. Short of proof and with divorce easy in Islam why he just did not divorce her and let Allah do the punishment. Unrelated - I always wonder about men who keep holding to women the does not want them why not simply say good riddance.

   Tourists go to some countries or states where it easier to get married or easier to divorce or where they pay no tax. Jordan\’s travel industry should start promoting the country as a haven for would be wife killers. It will greatly help our floundering economy and give lawyers much needed cases. I can think of few slogans -How to kill your wife and get away with it,  or How to legally kill your wife. Hotels and motels can provide in-suite sharp knifes and  may be rent a few would be casanovas whose job is to hover around the room doors with belts unbuckled for the benifit of the to be enraged husbands.
