Women have become an integral component for the country’s continuous progress and well being. A recent survey by Bayt.com shows that 76% of women interviewed actually stated that they have women occupying senior positions in their companies.
I have high hopes for this campaign and we are definitely heading towards equality with men all different sorts of levels.

Equal in value, diverse in strengths. Respect between genders, knowing each has it’s own bent, but that not all people can be boxed into that bent.

I pray this leads to Jordanian women being able to pass citizenship to their kids, to have equal percentages in inheritance, to have the same value as a witness.

Of course we can ask women to do this-my mother is the sole breadwinner in our family, it was the choice of both my parents.

The point of equality is give women the same choices and power to make decisions that men in our society have.

Equality is about not seeing the differences, but looking for the similarities.

In my opinion, there is equality between men and women, there is JUSTICE, but not equality, because the characteristics of each gender are different. We cant ask men to deliver, and we can’t ask woman to take the full responsibility for house expenses, the justice is asking men to help in house keeping, the justice is equality in education.
What I am trying to say is we need justice not equality…
