I went this morning to the Dead Sea to be at the first stage of Jordan Rally 2007 and I tell you, if you can make it to the Dead Sea today or tomorrow, do it. I had a great time and I shot really awesome videos of the stage. I even got to race (not really) a bit on the highway with team 37: Issa Abu Jamous & Akram Obeidat! All speed-lovers should be at Jordan Rally! Go go go!

Hi Hamzeh, the volunteers whistle at the sight of an approaching car to let people know that there is one coming. It’s a primitive alarm system but it keeps the crowds in a state of suspense, then annoyance.

Well no, my brother was driving and I was shooting the video then waved at the guys and they waved back :)
Yeah Jordan Motor Sport worked really hard to get the rally up to par to qualify for the FIA WRC. This year’s rally featured 42 or 43 cars, next year’s will have like 140 cars. It will be sizzling hot, see you next year!
